 DO NOT BUY - COMPLETE PIECE OF JUNK, = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: HDE (TM) Binoculars with Pop-Up light and Green Surveillance Lenses (Toy) DO NOT BUY THIS TOY, IT'S A COMPLETE PIECE OF JUNK! We received this toy as a gift (ordered through amazon), and my son was over the moon and thought it was the coolest toy he had ever seen. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of playing with it, the light no longer worked (wouldn't turn on). I emailed the company to request a replacement or return instructions and learned I'd have to ship it to them (and pay shipping) and they would replace it. My son unfortunately continued to play with it and within half a day the whole pop up light part had fallen completely apart. This was not overly rough play. As a result, the company informed me they would no longer acccept a return or replace the item!DO NOT BUY this piece of junk, there are plenty of other options out there that won't crumble in your hands. I would also recommend avoiding HDE (the company that makes/sells) given the INCREDIBLY POOR QUALITY of their product (at least in this case) and their restrictive return... Read more |
